Salon Policies

In order to keep our business running smoothly and efficiently we have the following policies in place for our salon.

  • Lateness - Please be sure to arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being canceled or rescheduled. Please text your stylist directly if you know you are going to be over 10 minutes late, so we can advise you on whether or not to attend your appointment.

  • Canceling or Rescheduling - Please give us adequate notice if you are unable to make it to your appointment. We ask for twenty four (24) hours notice for haircuts and forty eight (48) hours notice for color. If you do not give us adequate time, a no show fee may be applied.

  • No Show Fee - If you miss your appointment or have to cancel or reschedule with less that 24 hours notice for cut and 48 hour notice for color, you will be subject to a flat fee of $50 for cut or $100 for color services. 

  • Refunds and Service Fixes -  Because of the nature of our work, services received cannot be refunded. We will gladly adjust any service you receive within 2 weeks of your appointment. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please contact your stylist directly as soon as possible so we can figure out how to help.

  • Product Returns - Refunds for products purchased will only be considered if presented within seven (7) days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if unused and in its original packaging.

  • We reserve to right to refuse service to anyone at any time. The decision to refuse service will be at the stylists discretion.
